The Apex body of the institute is the Governing Body, presided over by Honorable Minister of State, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
The financial matters are supervised by the Standing Finance Committee.
The Director is the Chief Executive of the Institute and is responsible for overall management of the organization.
